No. We coordinate wedding travel within Platinum, Gold or Silver, according to the collection’s agreed scope. We do not offer a standalone guest-transfer booking service.
Which collection helps with guest travel planning?
Platinum includes agreed group-transfer logistics. Gold can complete agreed remaining arrangements. Silver works with confirmed transport bookings and the final wedding-day schedule.
Are transport and hotel costs included in the planning fee?
No. Vehicles, fares, rooms and other travel supplier costs are separate. Your planning proposal defines the coordination work covered by your collection.
Can guests stay in different hotels?
Yes. Within the agreed planning scope, we can discuss practical pick-up points and routes. The number of stops, distances and vehicle capacity affect the supplier arrangements and cost.
Do you also manage RSVPs and guest questions?
That belongs to the guest coordination work within your collection. Platinum includes a basic Wedding Guest Website & RSVP; the exact communication responsibilities are agreed with your team.
