These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Casamiga Weddings through the website www.casamiga-weddings.com. By submitting an inquiry or using our services, you agree to these conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Casamiga Weddings provides wedding planning services in Spain, including but not limited to:

  • Venue selection

  • Vendor coordination

  • Event design

  • Guest management

  • Day-of coordination and full planning packages

The specific services and deliverables will be detailed in a personalized quote or contract.

3. Booking & Payment

  • An initial consultation is free of charge.

  • To confirm a booking, a deposit is required (amount specified in the proposal).

  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or other accepted methods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If the client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Refunds (partial or full) of additional payments may be granted based on the proximity of the cancellation to the event date.

  • In case of cancellation by Casamiga Weddings due to unforeseen circumstances, all amounts paid will be refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Respond promptly to planning-related communications

  • Approve decisions and proposals within agreed timeframes

Delays or lack of cooperation may impact the planning process.

6. Liability

Casamiga Weddings is not responsible for:

  • Force majeure or events beyond its control

  • Third-party vendor failures

  • Changes made without written confirmation

We are fully insured under Spanish event planning regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and proposals shared by Casamiga Weddings remain our intellectual property and may not be reused or distributed without consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in compliance with the GDPR and LOPDGDD. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
