Guest Coordination FAQ
Can we book Guest Coordination without a planning collection?
No. Guest coordination is delivered within Platinum, Gold or Silver, according to the agreed responsibilities. It is not offered as a standalone concierge or RSVP service.
Does Platinum include a wedding website and RSVP?
Yes. Platinum includes a basic personalised Wedding Guest Website & RSVP alongside agreed guest logistics, seating and dietary arrangements.
What guest support can Gold provide?
Gold can complete agreed remaining guest arrangements around your existing bookings. A new wedding website or separate concierge service is outside its standard scope.
What guest support is included in Silver?
Silver coordinates the final handover and on-site guest flow within completed plans for one day at one venue. It does not replace a new guest planning or sourcing project.
Are accommodation, transport, and welcome gifts included?
Their supplier costs are separate from planning fees. Any coordination work must be included in the agreed collection scope, with responsibilities confirmed before arrangements are made.
Can you support guests across a welcome event and farewell gathering?
Additional celebrations need their own agreed planning and management coverage within your booking. We discuss the full programme during your Discovery Call and quote the additional work separately.
