Full Destination Wedding Planning & Bespoke Wedding Design
Our full-service wedding planning brings the creative and practical decisions together. You choose the atmosphere and priorities; we organize the local work that turns them into a celebration.
Your bespoke design project connects the ceremony setting, reception layout, tablescapes, and decorative concept with your venue and budget. Supplier services, materials, rentals, and production are budgeted separately.
Begin with a Discovery Call. After the call, we define the planning approach, services, and fee in a tailored proposal. Once engaged, we lead the planning and management of your main wedding day.
Final investment depends on the venue, guest count, date, design, entertainment, and production level.
VAT and Casamiga Weddings’ planning fee are calculated separately.

Extend Full Planning Beyond the Wedding Day
Extend your Platinum wedding with a welcome celebration, a farewell gathering, or both. The Platinum planning fee covers your main wedding day. Planning and management for each additional day are quoted separately after your Discovery Call, with venue and supplier costs budgeted separately.

How much does Full Wedding Planning in Spain cost?
Platinum starts from €7,950 + VAT for the agreed planning, bespoke design, and management of one main wedding day. Venue and supplier costs are separate.
Can we plan our wedding in Spain from the USA?
Yes. Our English-speaking team manages the local planning in Spain while you take part through online meetings, approve decisions, and share your priorities.
Can we book Platinum if our venue is already confirmed?
Yes, if you still need comprehensive planning and a new bespoke design project. If your venue and key suppliers are confirmed, Gold Partial Planning may fit the remaining work.
Does Platinum include a wedding website and RSVP?
Yes. A basic personalized Wedding Guest Website & RSVP is included in Platinum. Your proposal confirms the agreed scope.
Can you plan a two- or three-day celebration?
Yes. Planning and management for welcome or farewell events are quoted separately after your Discovery Call. Additional venue and supplier costs are budgeted separately.
How far in advance should we contact you?
There is no fixed minimum planning period. Share your preferred date or season, guest count, and current plans so we can discuss availability and the work required.
