Designed in 1913 by Catalan architect Fonts i Gumà and protected as a cultural heritage site, Xalet de Nin sits directly on the seafront between two beaches in Vilanova i la Geltrú — 15 minutes from Sitges and 35 minutes from Barcelona El Prat Airport. The property spans over 4,000 m² of seafront gardens, including a sea-facing balcony of more than 150 metres running the length of the property, and a natural swimming pool.

Xalet de Nin sits directly between two beaches in Vilanova i la Geltrú — 15 minutes from Sitges, 35 minutes from Barcelona El Prat Airport. For couples flying from the USA, UK, EU, or Singapore, this is one of the most accessible seafront wedding estates in Spain: guests land, transfer, and are standing at the sea within 35 minutes.
The property accommodates up to 20 guests on-site. In July, August, and September, a minimum 2-night stay is required (€13,200 + VAT). For May, June, and October weddings, venue hire is available without the accommodation requirement.

The wedding day flows across four distinct settings: ceremony on the clifftop mirador (open sea views); cocktails in the Patio de los Olivos; dinner in the Umbracle (glassed outdoor space); late-night dancing in the Xalet Room until 3:00 AM. No transfers. No disruption. The entire day unfolds within one exclusive property. The venue works with an exclusive catering team — external food providers are not permitted, though all other suppliers (florists, photographers, musicians, decorators) are welcome.

The estate is a beautiful example of Barcelona's Art Nouveau movement, constructed on top of an 18th-century fortress with archaeological roots stretching back 2,500 years to the Iberian period. Its interiors have been carefully restored, combining period character with modern comfort across 8 en-suite bedrooms for the wedding party.

The ceremony is typically held on the clifftop mirador with direct sea views. Cocktails take place in El Patio de los Olivos — an open courtyard with large potted olive trees and sea views. Step 2 — Coordinating the On-Site Accommodation
For peak season weddings, on-site accommodation at Xalet de Nin is required. We manage the room allocation process — ensuring the couple, immediate family, and bridal party are all placed and briefed — and coordinate additional accommodation in Sitges for guests who are not staying at the property.
Step 3 — Seamless Vendor Access to a Residential Estate
Xalet de Nin's residential setting requires careful coordination of vendor arrivals and setup windows. We manage all access logistics — florists, caterers, photographers, musicians, and AV teams — scheduling their arrival and setup in sequence so that when your guests arrive, the estate looks and feels exactly as it should: effortless and beautiful.
